Whatfix is currently seeking an Analyst / Sr. Analyst to join our growing Sales team. 


The Sales Operations Analyst is the operational right hand of the sales organization. This role will be responsible for driving operational integrity in the business and will be the forerunner in identifying actionable trends, challenges, and opportunities. The opportunity for Whatfix is limitless, and you will help guide and prioritize our decisions with passion, data-driven analysis, and thoughtful recommendations. 


This is not the typical sales analyst role – this is a highly visible position that will have the opportunity to help develop and scale our operational cadence and become an influential leader within the company.


Position Details / Deliverables:

  • Provide Territory planning support to Sales Leadership; develop and iterate on ongoing Territory health metrics, reporting, and dashboards.
  • Assist in troubleshooting operational issues as they surface; propose changes to systems/ processes to fix root causes.
  • Expand on and develop new operational models around deal management and internal Sales Processes.
  • Administer, develop and track SPIFF programs to drive Sales behavior to the short term goals of the Company.
  • Follow your intuition and pursue hunches to uncover deep insight to steer our go-to-market investments – you will bring new perspectives and ideas to the table.
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes; generate business requirements document and work cross-functionally to define and deliver process improvements.
  • Support, maintain and continuously improve adoption of sales tech stack.
  • Work with global operations teams to drive the adoption of new business and system processes.
  • Monitor data and performance of sales and marketing activities to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities; resolve data quality issues if necessary.
  • Create and manage dashboards and reports for the sales teams.
  • Ad-hoc analyses as required by Sales or Sales Operations leadership.


The ideal candidate will be/have:

  • Sr. Analyst 8 - 15 years of experience, with at least 3 - 6  years in an analytical or ops capacity, preferably in a SaaS or B2B, high-tech, fast-paced environment
  • Passion to move the needle.
  • Basic knowledge of Salesforce 
  • Exceptional quantitative and MS Excel skills (sumifs, index/match, and vlookup, table formulas)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience modeling complex problems, both conceptually and tactically (spreadsheets, analysis tools, visualization).
  • Self-motivation, with the ability to work independently, be flexible and thrive in a dynamic, changing environment with tight deadlines while keeping a sharp eye on detail and accuracy
  • Team player with the highest level of integrity
