Whatfix is disrupting the way Application Support and Learning content is consumed by providing Contextual and Interactive Walk Throughs inside enterprise applications at the exact time a task is being performed.


We provide enterprises with a Software Platform that allows them to create Interactive Guides or Flows that sit as an overlay inside any web application. Flows are Contextual - appear based on where you are in the application (location) and who you are (role). Optimal performance and adoption of any web application is attained when there is easy access to Contextual Information - inside the application at the time a task is being performed.


We are looking for stellar Data Analyst to come on board.

The Product Analytics & Insights team bridges the operational and product sides of Whatfix, using a strategic mindset, analytical thinking, and operational horsepower to drive business value. The data analyst in this role will work with large amounts of complex data to draw actionable insights not only for product team but also would impact company strategy as a whole.


What do you get to do?


  • Synthesize data to provide actionable insights to the leadership and the product team to influence strategy and growth
  • Developing & testing hypotheses to explain both macro and micro trends and opportunities in the business which in turn would help product managers to prioritize product roadmaps 
  • Build dashboards and tools, craft analyses, and tell stories with data to help our teams make better decisions
  • Monitor the performance of new features and recommend iterations based on your findings
  • Own product data from tracking and modeling through visualization and analysis
  • Plan and perform AB along testing and product optimization in conjunction with Product Managers 


What you need to have/ bring to the table:


  • 3+ Years of experience and a strong analytical background, with a degree in computer science, engineering, statistics or related quantitative field; emphasis on predictive analytics, data mining, statistics, machine learning, algorithms or similar field desirable
  • Understanding of concepts in quantitative user behavior analysis - segmentation, trends, cohort
  • SQL proficiency - a must
  • Ability to turn large amounts of ambiguous data into a concise, meaningful story
  • Experience working with BI / Web Analytics tools
  • Technological background- an advantage
  • Experience with data modeling - an advantage
  • MBA or degree in analytics from Tier 1 institute  - an advantage
