Whatfix is disrupting the way Application Support and Learning content is consumed by providing Contextual and Interactive Walkthroughs inside enterprise applications at the exact time a task is being performed.

We provide enterprises with a Software Platform that allows them to create Interactive Guides or Flows that sit as an overlay inside any web application. Flows are Contextual - appear based on where you are in the application (location) and who you are (role). Optimal performance and adoption of any web application is attained when there is easy access to Contextual Information - inside the application at the time a task is being performed.

We are looking for a Product trainer to develop, refine and deliver training sessions to our customers, partners & employees. This important role is part of the Professional Services team and is based at Whatfix corporate office in HSR Layout, Bangalore

As a Whatfix Trainer, you will work with Whatfix customers and partners to execute the training process on the product by delivering virtual training, in-person and on-site training. Becoming a Whatfix SME is an absolute must, and you’ll use that expertise to develop and deliver both standardized and custom trainings. You’ll also work on the Learning Management System to manage the training and deliver eLearning using the latest techniques.

In This Role You Would

  • Design, develop, and deliver learning solutions (including instructor led, virtual, web based, and onsite learning)
  • Help develop digital content that can be used for training in mass
  • Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in groups or individually for our partners, customers and employees
  • Create and update product videos
  • Strong facilitation, content design, and consulting skills
  • Observe and evaluate the results of training programs
  • Determine the overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements

To Be Successful in This Role, You Should Have

  • Hands-on working experience delivering group trainings on a technology product both over the web and in-person
  • High level of motivation, self-starter, excellent at follow-up, team-player with ability to deliver trainings & assignments within defined timeline

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 0-2 years in a training delivery role and content creation & management
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
  • Samples of training videos, courseware, and a technical presentation will be required during the interview process.
