What do you get to do?

  • Impact across departments - work closely with the Partnerships team to align business goals, metrics, and execute operations across Sales Ops, Legal/Finance, Marketing, Product, Professional Services and Customer Success. 
  • High visibility - provide detailed analysis (leading to actionable insights) and business reporting to shape and execute a cross-functional strategy to ensure partnerships can deliver its revenue and business goals with high partner and end customer satisfaction  
  • Monitor and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to Partners -  lead generation, opportunity registrations and win conversions, Whatfix license revenue and net margins, partner solutions & services revenues, customer renewals & upsells, and customer satisfaction/loyalty. 
  • Examples of Partner programs and projects;
    • Own Partner Lead Registration process and analysis
    • Create and manage pipeline & revenue dashboards and reports in Salesforce  
    • Manage and continuously update the latest Partner Portal content on PRM (Partner Relationship Management) software
    • Maintain Partner Price List and ensure partners understand and are using configure price and quote tool
    • Ensure partner training and joint marketing programs are in place and fully utilized
    • Develop Partner Program guide and ensure partners achieve sales, training, marketing, and customer satisfaction targets   

 

What you need to have/ bring to the table:

  • Relevant Experience - 4+ years of experience as a Business, Sales or Partner Operations in Enterprise SaaS company
  • Exceptional Analytics Skills - A talent who can understand and trust numbers more than your gut feeling.
  • Management Reporting (es. Salesforce) - Experience Building reports and dashboards on Salesforce, including basic understanding of Salesforce objects and their relationships.
  • Challenging Mindset - Don’t take the current system as given, and focus on Why and Not How
  • Highly-organized, self-motivated, a strong communicator and team player.
  • Desire and aptitude to work in a high velocity start-up environment and with proven ability to achieve challenging goals and objectives.
  • 4 year College Degree
  • Ability to learn and leverage new applications for enablement and analysis
  • Your analysis contributes to the AOP(Annual Operations Planning) and the QBR(Quarterly Business Review)
  • Pipeline Management
  • Reporting on current quarter forecast and future quarter pipeline requirements for the Partner team
  • Lead cross-functional groups to implement Partner training programs
  • You basically are a Program Manager for the Partner team at Whatfix with the techno-functional skill-sets to contribute as an Individual Contributor who will grow on to build a team
