About the Role 

  • The Account Manager position is a quota carrying position. As an early member of the team, you will lead our expansion strategy in a named set of existing Fortune 500 Accounts
  • This will include cold prospecting to new buyers in existing accounts, creating new opportunities with existing accounts and working these opportunities through the sales cycle.  
  • Your experience identifying business problems and working cross-functionally to provide solutions, as well as building relationships with important decision makers within the current accounts will be crucial to your success.
  • You will have experience participating in Value Engineering and Centers of Excellence exercises in large Fortune 500 accounts.  
  • The success of this role means generating new opportunities in our existing Fortune 500 accounts

Role & Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive understanding of Whatfix product and demonstrate return on investment to customer executive team
  • Build relationships with the executive team; drive high engagement and demonstrate value realization of Whatfix through Executive Business Reviews and other channels. 
  • Hold strategic workshops and business reviews with executive sponsors to drive enterprise-wide adoption
  • Proactively identify and resolve account success blockers that may arise

Qualifications 

  • 5+ years of SaaS account management with enterprise accounts with the proven ability to Hunt for new opportunities.
  • Proficiency in G-Suite, Outreach.io, Salesforce.com, Discover Org / Zoom Info
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed. Expect upto 50% Travel.  
  • Experience selling to buyers from CRH, HR, Learning and Development and/or IT for Software Applications.
