Whatfix is disrupting the way Application Support and Learning content is consumed by providing Contextual and Interactive WalkThroughs inside enterprise applications at the exact time a task is being performed.

We provide enterprises with a Software Platform that allows them to create Interactive Guides or Flows that sit as an overlay inside any web application. Flows are Contextual - appear based on where you are in the application (location) and who you are (role). Optimal performance and adoption of any web application is attained when there is easy access to Contextual Information - inside the application at the time a task is being performed.


The Director of Demand Generation owns all of the programs, campaigns and tactics that contribute to marketing's opportunity, pipeline and revenue goals. This individual will be responsible for creating a scalable demand generation and reporting function, driving the successful execution – and impact -- of the plan across the customer lifecycle to achieve acquisition targets. The Director of Demand Generation is responsible for delivering measurable value from marketing programs, while instilling a clear level of accountability across marketing and cross-functional partners. The successful candidate will also understand how funnel optimization changes the need to deliver more volume and will have experience and a toolkit of tactics aimed at constant testing and optimization.


What do you get to do?

  • Lead generation: Collaborate with sales to build and optimize lead nurture programs for inbound activities and help them achieve their monthly and quarterly goals. 
  • Digital marketing: Work with our digital marketing team to execute multi-channel, multi-touch campaigns to nurture prospects and convert opportunities through various tactics including PPC, SEO, Content Syndication.
  • Programmatic ads and display campaigns: Hands on with different tools and platforms. 
  • Account-based marketing: Leverage various account-based marketing tactics to grow new accounts, key contacts, and create a dashboard to measure results and ROI. Good to have knowledge of tools like Demandbase, RollWorks, Engagio
  • Funnel Optimization: working closely with the CRO to regularly maintain and optimize different inbound funnel. Deep understanding of A/B testing, best practices for creating landing pages for both desktop and mobile devices. 
  • Above the Line (ATL) advertising


What you need to have/bring to the table:

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing roles focused on B2B demand generation and executing full lifecycle marketing campaigns including account-based marketing campaigns
  • Have implemented traditional marketing tactics. We believe in integrated marketing and so all tactics including DM, print, sales drop programs, etc. need to be considered into the mix.
  • Experience in working directly with sales teams to build pipeline and accelerate deals in the pipeline
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in an agile and deadline-driven environment
  • You love digging into data - analyzing performance metrics for different marketing campaigns
  • Preference for working in a collaborative, cross-team, cross-cultural environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field; MBA is a plus
