Whatfix is disrupting the way Application Support and Learning content is consumed by providing Contextual and Interactive Walkthroughs inside enterprise applications at the exact time a task is being performed.

We provide enterprises with a Software Platform that allows them to create Interactive Guides or Flows that sit as an overlay inside any web application. Flows are Contextual - appear based on where you are in the application (location) and who you are (role). Optimal performance and adoption of any web application is attained when there is easy access to Contextual Information - inside the application at the time a task is being performed

Whatfix Digital adoption and consulting team is looking for an instructional designer to develop, refine and design content for our customers, partners & employees. This important role is part of the Professional Services team and is based at Whatfix corporate office in HSR Layout, Bangalore

As an instructional designer, you’ll extensively work on the Learning Management System to develop eLearning using the latest techniques. You will be interacting with Whatfix Experts and internal stakeholders to plan and create content for customers, partners and employees. Becoming a Whatfix SME is an absolute must, and you’ll use that expertise to develop and deliver both standardized and custom content. 

In This Role You Would

  • Develop eLearning material and analyse impact targeting key business aspects
  • Design training utilizing game-based learning or other delivery methods that support acceleration of learning
  • Design, develop, and create storyboards, on-screen-texts and audio scripts for use in learning programs
  • Analyze existing content, identify and fix gaps
  • Perform content chunking and content sequencing for learning modules
  • Determine the overall effectiveness of learning program and make improvements

To Be Successful In This Role, You Should Have

  • Hands-on working experience delivering eLearning material on a technology product
  • High level of motivation, self-starter, excellent at follow-up, team-player with ability to deliver content assignments within defined timeline

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 2-4 years in a technical writing and content management
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
  • Samples of training videos, courseware, and a technical presentation will be required during the interview process.

Shift Hours: 5PM to 2AM
