Whatfix is disrupting the way Application Support and Learning content is consumed by providing Contextual and Interactive Walkthroughs inside enterprise applications at the exact time a task is being performed.

We provide enterprises with a Software Platform that allows them to create Interactive Guides or Flows that sit as an overlay inside any web application. Flows are Contextual - appear based on where you are in the application (location) and who you are (role). Optimal performance and adoption of any web application is attained when there is easy access to Contextual Information - inside the application at the time a task is being performed.

Whatfix Product Marketing Team is looking for a Content Marketer to assist in execution and maintenance of the content calendar and a database of assets used to power a wide range of initiatives including social media, customer marketing, demand generation, product marketing, brand awareness, and thought leadership.

What Will Make You a Good Fit:

  • An Impeccable writing and communication skill is an absolute mandate
  • Must have a good number of published contents (Links can be attached along with your resume for our reference)
  • Should be able to write, create, and edit various types of content including blogs, articles, web content. Brownie points if you have prior experience with creating whitepapers, ebooks etc. and have a basic understanding of SEO, Keyword Placement, HTML Tags and the ability to write suitable and targeted Page Title, Meta Descriptions, Alt Tags etc.
  • A basic understanding of promotion activities to generate traffic and visits to content pages
  • Contribute to developing and maintaining reports and metrics for each content channel
  • Assist in building a database of all marketing assets that can be used to evaluate asset effectiveness.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Is an excellent writer with 1-2 years of content writing/content marketing experience
  • Is a creative thinker with out-of-the-box ideas to continually differentiate and stay ahead of market trends when it comes to creating content
  • Is Passionate and has the ability to work well in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment and under tight deadlines
  • Has experience in a start-up environment or in the B2B software industry is preferred
  • Holds a Bachelors and/or Masters Degree in the field of either marketing, management and/or sales.
