Whatfix is disrupting the way Application Support and Learning content is consumed by providing Contextual and Interactive Walk Throughs inside enterprise applications at the exact time a task is being performed.  

We provide enterprises with a Software Platform that allows them to create Interactive Guides or Flows that sit as an overlay inside any web application.  Flows are Contextual - appear based on where you are in the application (location) and who you are (role).  Optimal performance and adoption of any web application is attained when there is easy access to Contextual Information - inside the application at the time a task is being performed.

As the Solutions Architect for Whatfix, you will champion the use of Whatfix both externally with our customers being a trusted advisor who will guide them in their implementation as well internally to evangelise on newer use cases of Whatfix implementation. 
 
You will collaborate directly with leadership across the company to determine which processes and workflows are most critical to enabling our both our Pre and Post-sales teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience. 
 
You will then drive the tactical, technical execution of these processes within the product and ensure ongoing integrity of the system. This is a highly strategic, high-exposure role that will directly influence how our internal teams as well as our fast-growing customer base uses the product.  
 
Out here at Whatfix, we believe, Solutions Architect role is where you are called on to design solutions where the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.  This is not some high level design, it is an intricate and detailed blueprint.  
And to get this piece right, we need you to be tech savvy - up and running on front end technologies. Full Stack development skills in Javascript, HTML, CSS  is a must have  
 
What You'll Do: 
- As a part of CS team, you will work with our customers to implement  Whatfix solutions in their applications. 
- During Deployment consult/ advise/ participate on calls with client's IT Teams (Heads, Leads or senior technology folks)  
- Leverage your vast knowledge and expertise across various Applications and Systems to define Blueprint for Whatfix Implementation in newer areas/applications. 
- Completely own and drive the strategic roadmap for all implementations in Whatfix’s internal instances ( Demo Systems), including developing creative solutions to address complex workflows and process requirements 
- Pilot new processes with the aim to directly influence the overall Product development roadmap as well as improve the way our customers use Whatfix - Work cross-functionally in collaboration with different departments, including Product, Customer Success, Services, Support, and Marketing  
 
Solutioning: 
-Configure all features of the Whatfix application, groups and security settings in Whatfix and other ERP/HCM/CRM systems 
-Monitor system performance, data integrity, and user activity to make recommendations on continuous improvements for Whatfix platform 
 
Analysis & Documentation: 
- Strategically Configure, Test, Document, and educate Whatfix team members on system design to ensure long term success  
 
What We're Looking For: 
- BS/MS degree and 6+ years of prior work experience 
- Prior experience with configuration and administration of a CRM or ERP system (e.g. Salesforce, Oracle, Succesfactor ) as well as experience working with databases 
- Very strong attention to detail 
- Full Stack development skills in Javascript, HTML, CSS (must have) 
- Ability to learn new technical concepts quickly 
- Ability to break down ambiguous problems into discrete, manageable components 
- Take high degree of ownership on work 
- Understand object-oriented concepts and fundamentals of logic 
- Excellent communication skills and knack for breaking down and explaining complex processes 
- Passionate about technology and technical work
