We are looking for a stellar Program Manager to be part of this aggressive and customer focussed team.

Work Location: Anywhere in North America

The Program Manager would be responsible for:

  • Managing the rapidly growing team of Implementation Engineers that implements the Whatfix product
  • Owns and leads the customer engagement at Whatfix. This position owns the responsibility of designing the framework for efficient implementation of Whatfix SAAS Solutions for Customers
  • Manage multiple stakeholders and accounts under implementation and operations
  • Will create an efficient and effective delivery architecture which will drive results on operational efficiency through Business process automation, customer satisfaction, faster TAT.
  • Manages the Pilot projects team and enables Pre-Sales for tech-wins
  • Collaborate and drive customer initiatives with Whatfix’ internal stakeholders

What we expect to see in an ideal candidate:

  • BS/MS with over 7+ years experience in project management role
  • Exposure to end to end  implementation of solutions for enterprise grade customers.
  • Understanding of Multi-tenant applications, have an understanding of web based applications. If he/she has a prior HTML/CSS/JS hands-on background that would be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of delivery management methodologies, processes, and tools with focus on agile development.
  • Ability to train, mentor and coach teams on project/delivery management principles, methodologies, and practices
  • Ability to lead and manage complex projects and/or multiple concurrent projects.
  • Ability to collaborate while dealing with complex situations.
  • Think creatively and to drive innovation.
