The Whatfix Professional Services team is looking for an over-achieving Instructional designer to do product implementation and customer engagement efforts, in building and delivering value to our customers. 
Work Location: Bangalore, India

Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers and understand the customer business process
  • Understand the end user persona of the business processes
  • Collaborate with Solution Engineers / Architects and evaluate customer’s platforms and applications
  • Create Whatfix content and flows keeping in mind customer’s processes, end users, and applications
  • Evaluate created content with customer SMEs and test it against Whatfix Standards

 

Requirements:

  • 4+ years experience as an Instructional Designer or Technical Writer
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good authoring and documentation skills
  • Created user guides or Instructional manuals for internal or external audiences
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex business processes and design walkthroughs to navigate them
  • Thinks creatively and drives innovation
  • Has strategic and critical thinking skills
  • Has the ability to manage complex and concurrent projects
  • Possesses the ability to work with a diverse set of people 
  • Shows strong organizing skills with the ability to prioritize and respond to shifting deadlines
  • Experience working for a SaaS product based company preferred
  • University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred
  • Flexible to work in EMEA shift (1 PM - 10 PM
