We provide enterprises with a Software Platform that allows them to create Interactive Guides or Flows that sit as an overlay inside any web application. Flows are Contextual - appear based on where you are in the application (location) and who you are (role). Optimal performance and adoption of any web application is attained when there is easy access to Contextual Information - inside the application at the time a task is being performed.

As recognised by Gartner hashtag Digital Adoption is a new segment in itself and the industry stands at a valuation of whopping USD 8 billion and only 2% of the market has been penetrated so far. That's where you stand a chance to grow along the company.

We are hiring Business Development Representatives for our team that is located in Bangalore, India. Our dream candidate is highly motivated, collaborative, and a opportunity mapper with a passion for value proposition.

Note: This role would require the candidate to work in US time zone (5:30 pm to 2:30 am).

Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Identify qualified prospects and navigate company structures to identify decision makers.
  • Use a combination of outreach mechanisms to nurture leads (Call, Email, Marketing automation tools like outreach, Linkedin Inmails etc.)
  • Tie up leads that will turn into business through persistency.
  • Learn, leverage and help evolve our demand generation process
  • Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting
  • Work directly with sales and marketing to discover opportunities from leads
  • Demonstrate and teach strong selling and influencing skills

You would be great fit if you Are / Have:

  • 2+ years prior sales experience (within a Software/High Tech company is a plus)
  • Fearless attitude – willing to take intelligent risks
  • Hard working and willing to achieve a high volume of outbound calling activity every day while maintaining a positive and energetic persona.
