We are growing quickly & looking for a stellar Business Strategy Consultant to join our Professional Services team in Bangalore who can bring the hustle associated with a fast-paced environment to succeed.

What do you get to do?


  • Interview decision makers among Whatfix’s new as well as existing customers to understand their business KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) closely
  • Work with project sponsors to establish trackable business objectives, success criteria and ways to monitor key performance metrics
  • Deeply understand customer business processes and schedule meetings with multiple stakeholders when necessary
  • Make sure that product implementation and configuration activities are aligned to customer’s long term and short term business objectives
  • Coordinate with multiple teams to deliver successful outcomes within defined timelines
  • Provide feedback to Whatfix internal teams based on customer interactions
  • Validate the solution delivered by Whatfix teams and act as a proxy for customers in internal meetings

What you need to have/bring to the table:

  • 5+ years’ experience working with US or EMEA Enterprise customers in Business Analytics or in Management / Business / Technology Consulting
  • Experience in building relationships with CXOs in multiple industries
  • In-depth understanding of organizational data flow and its use in management decision-making
  • Ability to navigate the complexities of multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker combined with planned execution. Excellent problem-solving skills, self-motivation and the capacity to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Superior presentation and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel and experience with basic analytics tools like Google Analytics (or equivalent), Tableau / Metabase / Periscope / Looker (or equivalent)
  • Experience with SQL will be preferred, but not required
