Are you ready for the next phase of your growth?

Our Business Development team is working with large enterprises spread across the North Americas (70%), EMEA (20%), and APAC (10%) regions. We are looking for a stellar Team Lead-BD to join our fast-growing Digital Adoption team.

What will you get to do?

  • Become the subject matter expert for all Business Development processes, best practices and metrics

  • Hire, mentor, coach and train current and incoming Sr. Business Development Representatives in order for the sales team to meet or exceed their quota 

  • Exploring and trying new tools and technologies

  • Expertise in building and cultivating prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up qualifications in order to move opportunities into the sales funnel

  • Conducting advanced discoveries - Perform thorough needs assessment and identify prospects' pain points, impact and build DAP awareness

  • Excellent nurture skills - Building sense of urgency

  • Expert in conducting personalized outbound calls, emailing and social channel activities against targeted accounts, prospect lists, and other campaigns

  • Build and increase industry knowledge on select industries and Whatfix products

  • Maintain accurate records of all activities in the CRM

  • Promote database cleanup and hygiene through regular and ongoing maintenance activities

What you should have?

  • 3-5 years experience in Business Development/Sales Development with a focus on Outbound. People with at least 2 years of experience of directly leading/managing a team of SDR/BDRs will be preferred.

  • Strong presentation and communication skills (verbal, written, and active listening)

  • Team player

  • Tools - Salesforce, Outreach/Zoom Info/ LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  • Working in the US Geography. Know their culture.
